How we gather program data
We build each listing from primary sources first. That means the vendor's official affiliate or partner page, their published terms, and their signup flow, rather than second-hand blog posts.
For every program we record the core facts a partner needs: the commission model, the rate, the cookie window, the payout schedule, and whether approval is required. When a vendor states the terms clearly, we link to that source so you can confirm it yourself.
How we verify a program
Before a page is published, we check the details in a few ways:
- Read the published terms and match every number we list against them.
- Walk through the signup or affiliate flow to confirm the program is open and works as described.
- Cross-check public sources such as the vendor's help docs and partner network listings for agreement.
If a detail cannot be confirmed from a reliable source, we either leave it out or label it clearly rather than guess.
How often we update listings
Affiliate terms change, so a listing is only useful if it stays current. Each page carries a visible last-verified date so you always know how fresh the information is.
We re-check programs on a regular cycle and also update a page whenever we learn its terms have changed, for example a new commission rate or a different cookie window. Older, unverified pages are flagged or held back rather than left to mislead readers.
How our review scores work
Where we publish a review score, it reflects ADP's own judgment of the program, weighing things like the commission model, payout reliability, cookie length, product retention, and how clear the terms are.
Scores are never sold and never tied to whether ADP earns from a program. A vendor cannot pay to raise its score, and our monetization is kept separate from this assessment, as explained on our editorial policy page.
Correcting mistakes
We work hard to be accurate, but programs are run by other companies and details can slip out of date. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and point to the source.
We review every correction, confirm it against the vendor's terms, and update the page with a fresh verification date when the fix is made.
Frequently asked questions
How do you verify affiliate program details?
We start from primary sources, usually the vendor's own affiliate page and published terms, then match every number we list against them. We also walk through the signup flow and cross-check public docs and network listings. Anything we cannot confirm is left out or clearly labeled rather than guessed.
How often is each program page updated?
Every page shows a visible last-verified date. We re-check programs on a regular cycle and also update a page as soon as we learn its terms have changed, such as a new commission rate or cookie window. Pages we cannot currently confirm are flagged or held back.
Can a company pay to improve its review score?
No. Review scores reflect ADP's own assessment of a program and are never for sale. A vendor cannot pay to raise its score, and our monetization is kept fully separate from how programs are scored or ranked.
What should I do if I find an error in a listing?
Let us know and point to the source if you can. We review every correction, confirm it against the vendor's published terms, and update the page with a fresh verification date once the fix is made.
